Antony Anderson

Antony Anderson specialises in analysing Australian and New Zealand residential properties to determine their maximum potenital for returning high rental yields and high capital growth.
Antony is the co-Principal of My Property Investment Australia (MyPIA), an organisation specialising in educating would be investors to both understand and get the most out of opportunities in property investing.
"I'd rather teach people to fish, than feed them" says Antony which is why MyPIA does not spruke properties like other property investment organisations.
"We teach people the comprehensive skills they need to be successful investors for life, no matter what finaicial postion they're in or which country they'd like to invest in."
Also still involved in the IT services industry, Antony has spent many years consulting to some of Australia's best known companies including GEC Marconi, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Qantas, Westpac, BHP, Red Cross Blood Service and Oxfam Australia. And it's through this consulting that Antony has developed an extensive ability to analyse issues, define requirements and produce a results-driven program to reach the desired outcomes.
Antony graduated from LaTrobe University in Melbourne with a degree in Biochemistry and after working as a research biochemist at Deakin Universitybecame disillusioned with his options. With a passion for Information Technology it was an easy decision to switch careers and a long and fruitful relationship was born which saw Antony also become a Certified Microsoft Sytems Engineer.
In 2000 Antony found a new passion in property, and after learning everything he could from mentors including Robert Kiyosaki, Dolf de Roos and Peter Flannagan, he became a highly successful investor and developer in his own right.
Since 2000 Antony Anderson has worked with many representatives from the mortgage industry to build a multi-million dollar international property portfolio. He has seen first hand how the lenders work and has been able to use their systems to secure money when others said it was impossible, leading him to develop his own unique approach to funding property investment.
Antony is currently writing his second book, Australian Mortgage Magic, which aims to pass on this approach in step-by-step fashion, so that other can achieve their property investment goals.
Sigrid de Castella

Sigrid de Castella has been investing in property since 1993 and specialises in undervalued areas with above average rental returns leading to a joint cashflow and capital growth strategy.
Sigrid is the co-Principal of My Property Investment Australia (MyPIA), and the driving force behind its educational philosophy and approach, particularly with respect to creating a systemised approach to support long-term investors.
"Finding the right properties is only half the equation. Understanding what you need to do to maximise tenancy and minimise issues is the second step that can either see you succeed or fail as a long-term investor."
And with properties across Australia, New Zealand and the USA Sigrid has developed a 'turn key' property management system that helps investors meet their own stratgeic investment vision.
"Only a very small proportion of investors ever attain more than one or two properties either becuase it just becomes too hard to manange, or because the groundwork to a good investment portfolio was not laid down in the first place to support substantial the growth in the number of properties".
After spending 19 years as Business Operations Manager in manufacturing firms, Sigrid then spent several years consulting to corporates like IBM, TRUenergy and Energy Australia before becoming a full-time author, international speaker, and strategic business consultant, best known as "The FastTrack Strategist".
Sigrid says her proudest achievement in manufacturing was to reengineer and automate the plant, trebling production, doubling turnover and cutting costs without the need to sacrifice jobs. And her subsequent time in the corporate arena saw her natural ability to redefine and re-engineer end-to-end processes become a highly sought after skill.
Sigrid's third book "Conscious Business" (Alska Publishers) outlines her "12 Step Blueprint for Success" which she used to create her wealth. She's currently writing her follow up book on Wealth Creation for women by women.
